Quick FAQ's

Do I need to be home for pickup?

No. Leave sealed bags at your agreed pickup spot during the pickup window.

Do you sort laundry by colors or instructions?

No. Laundry must be pre-sorted (whites/darks/delicates). Mixed loads may be washed as-is or returned.

What items do you not accept?

No rugs/carpets, drapes/curtains, leather/suede, bulky bedding (pillows/duvets), or heavily embellished items.

When do I pay?

Payment is required online at checkout before pickup. Payments are non-refundable.

What if my laundry isn’t ready?

If the driver arrives and laundry isn’t out, the service fee is forfeited.
